Software Outsourcing Ukraine

The company Ericsson announced the signing of a five-year contract with IBM Corporation on IT-outsourcing, including maintenance and development of applications for Ericsson.


New contract, a contract extension, signed in 2003 (its validity expires this fall), provides for the modernization of IT-services from Ericsson, bringing them in line with the projected needs of staff, as well as providing flexible support global business.


In the contract does not include the servicing of domestic and global corporate networks transfer data and voice traffic company. They will be located in the management of global services unit Ericsson, whose duties also will include the supply of some important business applications, infrastructure and public services from their own global centre for the provision of services Ericsson.
